Corporate cleaning benefits

A managed benefit, not another HR project.

The employer sets the program. BerryClean handles the cleaning operation and employee support.

What is a corporate home-cleaning benefit?

An employer funds a BerryClean program that gives eligible employees access to professional home cleaning. BerryClean manages scheduling, service delivery, customer support, and follow-up so People Ops does not inherit day-to-day vendor coordination.

How do the plans work?

BerryClean currently offers Team, Company, and Enterprise starting points with one-time deposits of $8,000, $15,000, and $30,000. The deposit establishes the program and is separate from individual cleaning costs, which are handled on a pay-as-you-go basis.

What can an employer customize?

Employers can define eligibility, cleaning cadence, company budget rules, and the moments when the benefit is offered. Programs can support recurring benefits, new-hire welcomes, employee recognition, seasonal appreciation, or organizational transitions.

Where is service available?

The corporate benefit currently focuses on the San Francisco Bay Area, with coverage described from San Jose to Napa. BerryClean confirms each employee address during program setup.

What service standards should employees expect?

BerryClean uses vetted professional teams, plant-derived Method cleaning products, and Miele vacuums with HEPA filtration. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly schedules may be available depending on the program and address.

Who handles employee questions and scheduling?

BerryClean handles bookings, service questions, follow-up, and day-to-day employee support. The employer sets the program; BerryClean runs the cleaning operation.

Robot training data

Clear boundaries for a growing pilot.

The public program is selective and partnership-led. Technical and commercial details are confirmed for each pilot.

What is BerryClean capturing?

In a growing pilot, select participating crews wear capture headsets during real cleaning shifts. The focus is contact-rich physical work: hands, tools, movement, surfaces, objects, and task outcomes.

Does every cleaning job participate?

No. The program is a selective pilot, not a universal process across every crew, customer, or property.

What kinds of skills appear in the data?

Examples include grasping bottles, folding cloth, squeezing sponges, changing tools, wiping, scrubbing, reaching, pouring, and completing multi-step cleaning tasks in varied real environments.

How are privacy and consent handled?

BerryClean states that pilot sessions are consented and processed to remove faces and personal details before use. Partnership discussions can cover additional requirements for a specific robotics program.

How is captured work organized?

The current pipeline describes tasks segmented and labelled by action, object, surface, tool, and outcome. Exact schemas, sensor modalities, delivery formats, and available volume are confirmed in a technical partnership conversation.

Can robotics teams access the data now?

BerryClean is open to conversations about pilots, data requirements, and early access with robotics and physical-AI teams. Availability, licensing, scope, and delivery are discussed directly rather than presented as a fixed off-the-shelf dataset.
